Answers to the most common questions about Unity Polaris products, production, shipping, tracking, and customer support.

Every piece is made to order in small batches, reducing waste and ensuring consistent quality. Our designs blend minimal aesthetics, premium materials, and purposeful functionality—built for real-world use, not fast trends.

Most items are produced within 2–7 business days. Each piece is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.

A tracking number is automatically emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Because items are made to order, tracking becomes available only after production is finished and your package has left our fulfillment partner’s facility.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping may take longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Some products are fulfilled in different facilities. To reduce delays, items may ship separately and arrive at different times. This is completely normal.

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

Please use the size charts provided on each product page before completing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@unitypolaris.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the problem

If tracking shows no updates for an extended period, contact us and we’ll work with our fulfillment partners to investigate the issue or send a replacement when appropriate.

Every product page includes a detailed size chart. For hoodies and outerwear, if you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.

Yes — Unity Polaris ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

Address changes are possible only before your order enters production. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Orders can be canceled only before production starts. Because products are made to order, cancellations are not possible once production has begun.
