At Unity Polaris, every piece is crafted with intention. Our products are made in small batches and fulfilled through trusted production partners to ensure quality, accuracy, and reliability.

Order Processing

Each item is made to order to reduce waste and maintain consistent quality. Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the item.

You will receive an email notification when your order begins production.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, typical delivery times are:

• Canada: 5–12 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is automatically emailed to you as soon as your order is fulfilled and begins shipping.

This means you will only receive a tracking number after your package has left our production partner’s facility—not at the moment you place your order.

You can track your shipment through the link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your Unity Polaris account.

Multiple Shipments

Because some items are produced in different facilities, orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages. This is normal and helps ensure faster delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and item weight. Free shipping promotions may apply during seasonal releases or special events.
