Returns & Exchanges

Every Unity Polaris piece is made to order and crafted specifically for you. Because of this small-batch production model, we do not keep inventory on hand or resell returned items.

Please review the policy below before placing your order.

General Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Deciding you no longer want the item

Each product is made specifically for you when you order, which helps us reduce waste and maintain a more intentional production process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

support@unitypolaris.com

Include the following in your email:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you if the issue is confirmed to be a production or fulfillment error.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, please reach out to us. We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate and, when applicable, send a replacement.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, Unity Polaris is not responsible for replacement or re-shipment costs.

Size & Fit

To help avoid sizing issues, please refer to the size charts provided on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for outerwear and hoodies.
